Electrical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out project. The successful candidate will manage the project from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a proactive and commercially aware individual with strong fit-out experience and the ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

* Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and design teams

* Monitor project budgets, procurement schedules, and commercial performance

* Chair progress and coordination meetings

* Manage quality assurance, inspections, snagging, and project handover

* Identify and mitigate project risks and site issues

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

* Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

* Black ECS / SMSTS

* Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects

* Strong understanding of CAT A and CAT B fit-out delivery

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders simultaneously

* Strong knowledge of construction health & safety and building regulations

* Commercially aware with good programme management skills

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
