Hours: 40 hours (occasional Saturdays required)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for an experienced Site Manager to work on Modular projects for a modular/offsite company. This role will involve working away (expenses paid), and is working for a growing company with an ever increasing pipeline of work.

For this role, you must hold SMSTS and First Aid. Modular experience is desirable.

Daily responsibilities will include:
* Delivering all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
* Working to RAMS
* Monitoring quality and progress
* Coordinating direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel
* Leading and delivering against the project programme
* Liaison with internal departments
* Ensuring high-quality records / reports / paperwork are maintained and completed in a timely fashion
* Regular liaison and site updates with the Contracts Manager
* Regular liaison with the client

Requirements for the role:

SMSTS
First Aid Certificate
Proven modular/offsite construction experience (required)
Ability to use IT system
Ability to work as a team
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record
