We're looking for an experienced Lead Façades & Glazing Designer to join a leading specialist contractor delivering complex, high-profile developments across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of façade design delivery, working across large-scale projects from concept through to construction, while progressing your career in a technically strong and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading façade design outputs across multiple projects
Producing detailed drawings and technical documentation
Developing designs from concept through to construction issue
Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and site teams
Coordinating with architects and consultants to resolve design challenges
Ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and industry standards
Supporting system development, material selection, and value engineering
Attending design and coordination meetings
Managing design records, revisions, and documentation accuracy

What We're Looking For
Experience in façade, curtain walling, cladding, or envelope design
Strong knowledge of façade systems and installation methods
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or 3D tools advantageous)
Understanding of UK building regulations
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
