We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker / Flagger to join a busy social housing team working on planned and reactive maintenance projects across residential properties.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in groundwork and paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied social housing environments.
Your new role

Carry out general groundwork duties including:
Flagging, slabbing, and paving repairs/replacements
Concreting and trenching works
Drainage and external repairs
Work on pathways, gardens, and communal outdoor areas
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
Deliver work to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Liaise professionally with tenants and site supervisorsWhat you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Groundworker / Flagger (essential)
Experience working within social housing or occupied properties
Full UK driving licenceWhat you'll get in return
