Why Join Them

This Project Manager position offers the opportunity to join an established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering technically sound HVAC and ventilation projects across the country. The company has built long-standing relationships with major clients by maintaining high standards of workmanship, communication, and project delivery.

The successful Project Manager will join a close-knit and experienced team where people are trusted to manage their own projects properly without unnecessary layers of management. The role involves travel across the UK, although overnight stays are only very occasional, with most site visits completed within the day.

About the Role

This Project Manager role will involve overseeing heating, ventilation, ductwork, and air conditioning projects ranging in value from £5,000 through to £500,000.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities will include:

* Managing HVAC and ventilation installation projects across commercial and industrial sites

* Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities

* Attending client and site meetings throughout project delivery

* Managing programme timelines and ensuring project milestones are achieved

* Overseeing ductwork, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning installations

* Liaising with design teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients

* Monitoring project costs and reporting progress internally

* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained across all sites

* Supporting commissioning and final handover stages

* Managing multiple projects simultaneously across different locations

The role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a background in HVAC, ventilation, ductwork, mechanical building services, or air conditioning installations who is comfortable managing projects nationwide.
