A well-established and highly respected Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee projects across the East of Scotland.

This company works on commercial projects ranging up to £40m, with the majority of work secured through repeat business and negotiated contracts.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing projects across the East, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, quality, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager/Senior PM within the construction sector
Experience delivering commercial build projects
Excellent leadership and client-facing abilities
