Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Engineer for a major highways infrastructure project based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term civils scheme with a leading contractor delivering key highway improvements in the region.

Role Details

* Position: Site Engineer

* Location: Norwich

* Project: Major Highways / Infrastructure Scheme

* Start Date: ASAP

* Rate: £300 – £350 per day

* Contract: Freelance / Contract

Key Responsibilities

* Setting out for highways and civils works

* Managing QA documentation and as-built records

* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management

* Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme

* Supporting health & safety compliance on site

Requirements

* Previous experience on highways or major infrastructure projects

* Strong setting out skills

* Competent using Leica or Trimble equipment

* CSCS card essential

* AutoCAD knowledge beneficial

* Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering preferred
