Document Controller – Hertfordshire  – Viewpoint

Up to £44,000 + Package + Bonus
Permanent | Start June 2026 
A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join one of Hertfordshire’s flagship residential schemes. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major long-term development project, working site-based alongside a high-performing construction team on a large-scale mixed residential development.
 
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring information is distributed accurately and efficiently across the project team and supply chain.
 
Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Document Controller within construction
Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint or 4Projects
Previous experience working on large residential or mixed-use developments
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
