GVR Solutions are currently working with a well-established interior contractor, who specialise in ceilings, partitions, glazed screens, acoustic treatments, drywall systems, and doors & ironmongery. They are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
* Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and site documentation
* Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of works
* Coordinate materials, plant, and labour requirements
* Monitor programme progress and provide updates to clients and management
* Manage RFIs, variations, snagging, and project records
* Lead site meetings and maintain accurate daily reporting
Requirements of the Site Manager:
* Valid CSCS Card and First Aid qualification
* Previous Site Management experience within construction
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* IT literate with experience using digital reporting systems
* Ability to manage teams and maintain programme delivery under pressure
