Job Title: Electrical Technical Manager
Location: Manchester (Office / WFH Flexibility)

Rate: CIS £350.00 Per Day

Start Date: 25th May

Legnth: 6 Months

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

* BPSS Clearance

* EL1 Clearance

* Electrical / MEP technical management experience

* Design coordination and engineering review experience

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

* Experience working on MOJ portfolio projects preferred

Duties

* Support the Regional Technical Director and Principal Technical Manager with engineering management activities

* Provide technical input on regional bids, tenders and cost plans

* Manage relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders

* Carry out Bid Engineering Reviews and contribute to bid strategy

* Identify and implement value engineering opportunities

* Review and validate contractor design packages, plant and equipment

* Support Design for Safety and CDM compliance

* Coordinate design activities alongside Design and Commercial Managers

* Attend Design Team Meetings and manage technical actions and submits

* Undertake technical reviews of major packages and installations

* Verify site installations against design specifications

* Troubleshoot and resolve significant technical and engineering issues on site
