About the role
We are working with a well-established, award-winning architectural practice seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing design team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a wide variety of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, industrial, commercial, and modular build.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical development and coordination of projects from planning through to construction. Working closely with architects, consultants, and clients, you will support the delivery of high-quality, technically robust design solutions across RIBA work stages 3 – 5.
This role offers genuine long-term progression opportunities for an ambitious Architectural Technologist looking to take ownership of technical delivery and develop into a lead role on projects.

About you
You will be a motivated and technically capable Architectural Technologist with strong experience in producing and coordinating detailed design information across a range of sectors. You will have excellent Revit skills and demonstrate a clear ambition to take ownership of project delivery and lead detailed design packages.
As a successful candidate, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• High proficiency in Revit and BIM-led project delivery workflows.
• Experience producing detailed drawing packages, technical information, and construction documentation across multiple RIBA stages.
• The ambition and capability to lead the detailed design and technical coordination of projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
• Experience across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential, commercial, or infrastructure would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and specification software would be beneficial but not essential.
