Graphic Designer

GRAPHIC DESIGNER – CONSTRUCTION – LONDON

Client

A large established Main Contractor are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Bid Team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

* Pre-Construction & Bid Support

* Design and produce high-quality:

* Tender submissions

* Prequalification documents (PQQs)

* Expressions of Interest (EOIs)

* Request for Proposal (RFP) responses

* Bid presentations

* Capability statements

* Technical submission documents

* Collaborate with estimating, planning, and pre-construction teams to create visually compelling bid materials under tight deadlines.

* Develop infographics, timelines, process diagrams, site logistics plans, and methodology illustrations to support project submissions.

* Ensure all bid documents align with company branding and client requirements.

* Presentation & Visualization

* Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, interviews, and stakeholder engagements.

* Produce concept visuals, render overlays, and presentation boards for construction and infrastructure projects.

* Assist in preparing visual materials for design-build pursuits and project pitches.

* Marketing & Branding

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of graphic design experience.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in bid design, corporate presentations, and technical document layout.
