ESTIMATOR – LONDON

Client

A large, established and professional company based in London.

The Role & Responsibilities:

* Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

* Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

* Compute costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.

* Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents.

* Knowledge of sourcing supplies, obtaining quotes and negotiating prices.

* Raising Purchase orders

* Ability to input and present data

* Day to day administration

* An excellent written and verbal command of the English language.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

* An industry applicable degree qualification.

* Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations.

Individual:

* Experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor on estimating projects.

* Able to work as part of a team.

* Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.

* Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site

* Strong work ethic

* An excellent communicator.

* Have strong commercial awareness.

* Good IT knowledge
