Key Requirements
We are looking for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in the international arena.
Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS status is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
Project History: Extensive experience in the development of mixed-use hospitality or commercial projects valued at US$60M+.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with PMWeb, On-Screen Take-Off, and/or CostX.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes both independently and within a team.
Role Responsibilities
Manage commercial aspects of major international developments from inception to completion.
Utilize advanced estimating software to ensure precision in cost planning and reporting.
Collaborate with the broader project team to maintain rigorous timelines and budgets.
Lead negotiations with external vendors and contractors to maximize asset value.
