Quantity Surveyor – Saxton Recruitment is partnering on an exclusive role with a groundworks and construction contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work play a key role in an expanding business based in Derby.

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £37,500 – £52,500 (DOE)

Key Duties:
– Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
– Organising payments and compiling reports
– Managing project variations and valuations
– Produce accurate records and reports

Requirements:
– Experience working with a construction contractor
– Experience working as an Assistant QS or QS
– Experience working on 'live' projects
– Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
