Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates with a relevant Architectural Technology degree through to candidates with around three years' industry experience.

Producing technical drawing packages and detailed construction information
Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions
Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors and project scales
Working collaboratively with architects, landscape architects, ecologists, and other in-house specialists
Using Vectorworks to prepare high-quality technical designs
Coordinating technical information with consultants and contractors
Assisting with site visits and project meetings
Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and quality standardsIdeal Candidate
Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Open to graduates through to candidates with circa three years' experience
Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous but not essential
Strong technical detailing and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
Passion for sustainable and high-quality design
Keen to develop professionally within a supportive consultancy environment
