CSA Manager
We are looking for an experienced Associate CSA Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to join a rapidly growing team delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics. You will play a key role in delivering major data centre construction projects in Finland and Norway.
You can be based either 100% in-country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland or Norway (11/3 Rotation)

You’ll be responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out / fit-up.
Pre-construction
Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget
Supporting contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations
Supporting contract negotiations
Assisting the client team in identifying, scoping, buying out, and scheduling all owner-direct vendors and consultants
Construction
Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on site
Coordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase
Working with the client’s commercial and project controls teams to develop budget management and tracking
Liaising with the client’s schedule management team to provide schedule monitoring, tracking, and analysis
Close Out / Fit-Up
Initiating close out processes prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance
Establishing close out documentation requirements with the client’s document controller and tracking receipt of all close out documentation including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.
Assisting with city and/or authority final inspections and occupancy processes
Assisting the client in scheduling, coordination, and management of all owner-direct vendors and consultants
You will bring:
An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines
Experience working on data centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably hyperscale builds
Ability to commit to significant international travel or relocation
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
