A leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to deliver a £5m CAT B commercial fit-out in the heart of Covent Garden.

This is a full building fit-out across 5 storeys, offering a fast-paced and high-profile project environment.

The Role

* Senior CM responsible for day-to-day site delivery

* Leading and coordinating all subcontractor packages on site

* Chairing and running subcontractor and coordination meetings

* Ensuring programme, quality, and H&S standards are maintained throughout

* Working closely with the Project Manager, who will have overall project oversight

Key Requirements

* Strong background in CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-outs

* Proven experience delivering projects in the £3m–£10m range

* Confident in running site meetings and managing multiple trades

* Experience working on multi-storey projects

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
