Job Title: Planner

Location: Semi- hybrid role- Southampton/ home based

Duration: Long term contract (outside IR35)

Salary: c£450 per day

We are seeking on behalf of our large Construction Client, a Planning Engineer, with water treatment or comparable industry experience and civil engineering background, for a 6-month rolling contract role (outside IR35) to be based in Southampton/ remote.

Experience:

* Proficient in Primavera.

* Civil Engineering

* Site Based Experience.

* NEC Contract Awareness.

* Water or comparable industry experience

* HNC Qualified

* Ability to build Schedule from Scratch, if possible, using Design Drawings – Preferred.

* 5 to 10 years’ experience in construction including

*

* Temporary works (not a TWC)

* Deep excavations

* Large dia. Pipelines

* RC structures

* Multi-disciplinary projects

• Hybrid Planning role – Southampton 3 days a week, 2 days working remotely

• Outside of IR35

• 6 x month rolling contract
