Roofing Supervisor – Cardiff
Duration: Minimum 5 Weeks
Rate: £200 per day
Hours: 9-hour days

We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor for a project based in Cardiff, starting 26th May.

Role Responsibilities

* Supervising roofing teams on site

* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Coordinating daily site activities and workflow

* Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining health & safety compliance

* Liaising with site management and subcontractors

* Monitoring quality control and progress against programme

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Roofing Supervisor

* Strong knowledge of roofing systems and site operations

* Valid CSCS card

* SSSTS/SMSTS preferred

* Good communication and leadership skills

* Reliable and able to manage teams effectively
