Site Manager (Refurbishment)

Site Manager required for a school refurbishment project in Hammersmith commencing from the beginning of June.

The work will entail the refit of internal areas and some externals. The Site Manager will need to liaise with the visiting Project Manager and also maintain a good client relationship with the school building management staff.

Experience of school refurbishment projects would be an advantage, along with a good manner with regard to communicating and directing various subcontractors.

Due to the work commencing prior to the school holiday, the Site Manager will be required to undertake a DBS check (this process can be started immediately, although it may be useful to hear from candidates with a current DBS in place).

SMSTS, Site Manager level CSCS and First Aid certificate required
