A growing and friendly M&E contractor based in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to come off the tools and move into an office-based estimating role within the building services industry.

Working on commercial projects, the company offers full support, training, and genuine long-term progression within a fun and supportive working environment.

The Role:

* Assisting with mechanical estimates and tender submissions

* Reviewing drawings and specifications

* Producing take-offs and costings

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors

* Supporting the senior estimating team

Requirements:

* Mechanical background within plumbing/HVAC/building services

* Ideal for someone moving from site into the office

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Services

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
