An established contractor based in Northampton is looking to recruit an ambitious M&E Service & Facilities Manager to help grow and develop their service division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically or electrically biased professional who has a tenacious attitude, enjoys winning business, and can organise and deliver works successfully.

The role will suit someone looking to build and shape a department with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role:

* Growing and developing the service & facilities division

* Winning new business and building client relationships

* Managing service engineers and subcontractors

* Organising reactive and planned maintenance works

* Overseeing project delivery and service operations

* Managing quotations, scheduling, and client communication

Requirements:

* Mechanical or Electrical building services background

* Previous experience within FM, maintenance, or service management

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage clients and develop business opportunities

* Commercially aware with a proactive attitude

* Full UK driving licence
