Established groundwork and civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential groundwork projects across the Dorset area.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in groundworks, civil engineering, and site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing commercial and residential groundwork projects from start to completion

*

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Managing health & safety compliance across sites

*

Attending client and site meetings

*

Monitoring programme and progress reporting

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing groundwork and civils projects

*

Strong understanding of commercial and residential developments

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
