Brickwork Project Manager

Role: Project Manager – Brickwork & Masonry
Location: M25 Region – Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Cotswolds.
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Package
Sector: Commercial & Bespoke Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Brickwork & Masonry to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke residential masonry projects across the M25 region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and technically knowledgeable Project Manager with strong masonry expertise and the ability to oversee multiple live sites while maintaining exceptional quality and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple brickwork and masonry projects across the M25
Managing site teams, subcontractors, labour, and programme delivery
Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
Liaising with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams
Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
Managing project reporting, progress updates, and resource planning
Attending the Essex office approximately once per week Essential Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience managing brickwork and masonry projects
Strong technical understanding of:
Lime mortar
Traditional and modern pointing styles
Brickwork bonds
Experience across both commercial and high-end residential projects
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Trade related qualification in brickwork (NVQ or similar)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer
