H&S / CDM Co-Ordinator – New Build

H&S / CDM Co-Ordinator – London – 3 Live Sites

We are currently looking for an experienced H&S / CDM Co-Ordinator to oversee 3 live new build nursing home projects across London.

This is a senior-level role working on large-scale commercial construction projects, with an ASAP start available.

The Role

* Managing H&S and CDM compliance across 3 live sites

* Weekly site visits across London

* Carrying out site inspections and audits

* Reviewing and managing RAMS

* Working closely with site teams and subcontractors

* Ensuring projects remain compliant with current H&S legislation and CDM regulations

* Reporting into senior project leadership

Requirements

* Strong background in construction health & safety

* Extensive CDM experience on large new build projects

* Previous experience working across multiple live sites

* Confident carrying out inspections and liaising with principal contractors

* Senior-level candidate preferred

* Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)

Package

* Open to day rate or permanent salary

* Predominantly working from home

* Weekly London site visits required

* ASAP start
