From workflow to CAD drawings, from materials to labour, from R&D to quality control — you’ll be the person who makes the whole machine run smoothly.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to shape how a department operates.

What You’ll Do

Lead a skilled manufacturing team and build a culture of accountability and pride

Keep every job on track, on spec, and on time

Create accurate CAD drawings that drive efficient, error?free production

Own labour, materials, and cost control like a pro

Experiment, innovate, and help develop new products and processes

Improve systems, streamline workflows, and reduce waste

Maintain high quality standards and eliminate rework

Provide quotes and help build a pricing system that actually makes sense

What You Bring

Strong manufacturing or production leadership experience

Confident CAD and technical drawing skills

A love of structure, visibility, and organised processes

Commercial awareness and a sharp eye for cost control

Calm, solutions?driven thinking — even when deadlines bite

Experience in print, events, exhibitions, signage, or bespoke build (a big plus)
