Pre-Construction Assistant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organised Pre-Construction Assistant Manager to support our preconstruction team in delivering high-quality, competitive tender submissions across civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The role involves coordinating tender information, assisting with construction programmes, logistics plans and methodologies, and working closely with estimating, engineering, buying, and planning teams throughout the tender process.

Key Requirements

* 2–4 years’ experience in a construction-related role

* Knowledge of civil engineering, infrastructure, or groundworks projects

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Experience with Microsoft Office and planning software such as Asta Powerproject

* Awareness of NEC/JCT contracts and construction planning principles

* Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
