Mechanical Estimator

We are currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Rochester who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

The business delivers a range of projects across commercial, residential and fit-out sectors, with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work.

The Role:

* Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications

* Reviewing tender documentation and producing accurate cost plans

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

* Supporting the pre-construction team throughout the tender process

* Working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth handover

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within M&E / Building Services

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and associated costs

* Experience working on projects ranging from £500k to £5m+

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

* £55,000–£70,000 basic salary
