Project Manager Construction Consultancy
A well-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a driven and client-focused Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to work closely with prestigious commercial landlords, occupiers, and historic Livery Companies across a varied project portfolio. The successful Project Manager will gain exposure to high-quality fit out, refurbishment, and asset improvement schemes throughout Central London.
This consultancy is continuing to secure new instructions and is actively pitching for additional projects across the commercial property sector. The incoming Project Manager will join a collaborative and ambitious team environment with strong progression prospects and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from an early stage. This role would suit a confident Project Manager with consultancy experience and a proactive approach to client management and project delivery.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The successful Project Manager will oversee projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Projects are expected to include commercial office refurbishments, landlord-led works, occupier fit outs, and heritage-focused schemes for Livery Companies across Central London.
The Project Manager will manage project programmes, procurement processes, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior team members while also being given autonomy to manage your own schemes.

The ideal Project Manager will have:
Previous construction consultancy experience
Experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit out projects
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
Understanding of JCT contracts and project delivery processes
Progression towards or achievement of MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
