Associate Quantity Surveyor

An expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is an ambitious and client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The Director of Quantity Surveying is seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor to manage a team of two, whilst also being responsible for project delivery – covering residential, local authority, retrofit, and fire remediation projects.

Outside of the above, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also undertake a client facing role – working closely with key clients in order to gain new and repeat work.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is preferred, but not essential
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Employers Agent experience would be ideal
Residential, Fire Remediation, or Local Authority project exposure
Client facing
