Site Manager – Long-Term School Project

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a long-term project on a live school site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional Site Manager with experience working in occupied environments and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and site coordination.

Site Manager Requirements

* Valid Enhanced DBS – essential

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Proven experience as a Site Manager

* Strong health & safety knowledge

* Ability to manage trades, programme, and site operations efficiently

* Experience working on live school or occupied sites preferred

Important Information

This project is based on a live school site, therefore a valid Enhanced DBS is a strict requirement. Candidates without an Enhanced DBS will not be considered.
