Salary: Up to £90,000 + package

The Opportunity

A leading international contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a major data centre programme in Austria.
You will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of high-value MEP and construction packages within a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account
Administer contracts (NEC / JCT or equivalent) and manage risk
Control cost reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking
Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
Identify and manage variations, change control, and claims
Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams
Ensure commercial performance is optimised across the project lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on large-scale construction projects
Experience within MEP, data centres, or major infrastructure preferred
Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
Experience managing subcontractor packages
Ability to operate within high-value, fast-paced projects
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
