Ganger/Supervisor

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger/Supervisor for an ongoing construction project in Aberdeen.

🔹 Location: Aberdeen
🔹 Start Date: ASAP
🔹 Duration: Ongoing work
🔹 Rate: Negotiable DOE

The ideal candidate will have previous site supervisory experience and be confident overseeing daily operations, managing teams on site, and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Ganger/Supervisor
Valid CSCS card
SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well within a busy construction environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for long-term work with a reputable contractor.
