Senior Site Manager – Main Contractor

Up to £72,000 + Car Allowance + Package

Think Recruitment are currently working with a leading main construction contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for a flagship £38 million industrial development in Stoke-on-Trent.

This state-of-the-art warehouse new-build scheme offers the opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Project Manager, you will be the Number 2 on site and will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractors and site teams
Driving programme delivery
Maintaining high health & safety standards
Overseeing quality control
Coordinating trades and logistics
Ensuring the smooth operational delivery of the build

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
Experience delivering steel frame industrial / warehouse / shed projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Stable career history within permanent roles
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
