Reports to: Contracts Manager

Place of Work: Glasgow

Our client is hiring a Site Manager to join their team.

Duties:

* Managing small teams of operatives completing concrete repairs on multi storey high rise buildings.

* Coordinating daily activities & monitoring progress.

* Maintaining daily reporting & diaries.

* Managing repair logs.

* Managing plant, small tools & materials.

* Encourage safe working practices.

Job Related Competencies:

* Construction Management

* Programming

* Concrete Repair/ Structural knowledge a benefit

* CSCS card.

* SMSTS/ SSSTS card.

* Computer literate.

* Demonstrate and maintain effective communication skills both orally and in writing.

* Ability to follow the company management systems.

Key Relationships – working closely with:

* Project Manager & Contract Manager

Salary – £34,000 – £38,000
