Electrical Lead – Commercial & High-End Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Lead to oversee the delivery of premium commercial and high-end residential electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate electrical installations across commercial and luxury residential developments

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project timelines

* Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current regulations

* Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers

* Help build a future M&E division

* Hands on installation when required

Requirements

* Proven experience leading electrical projects on site before

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

* SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous

* Testing & Inspection qualifications beneficial
