The company specialise in prime residential construction, with projects typically ranging from £2m-£5m and larger flagship developments approaching £20m in value. Their sweet spot lies within high-end bespoke residential work, including extensions, refurbishments, conversions and new-build homes, alongside selected heritage and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, the business continues to grow organically through repeat business, new opportunities, and long-standing client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, budgets and cost estimates for a range of high-end construction projects. You will produce take-offs, bills of quantities and schedules of works, whilst reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations to help deliver accurate and competitive submissions, alongside other duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous estimating experience within the construction industry and an understanding of bespoke construction methods. This is a hybrid role where candidates are expected to come into the office at least twice a week.

Working on high-end residential and heritage projects
Preparing tenders, budgets and cost estimates

Client-facing role with site visits and collaboration across teams
