Land Surveyor

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly competent Land Surveyor for a long-term project based within commuting distance of Camden.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team working on a variety of groundwork and landscaping projects, with the role predominantly focused on earthworks, drainage, levels, and surveys.

The Role

* Carrying out earthworks and drainage surveys

* Setting out and level control for groundwork packages

* Operating GPS equipment and 1-Man Robotic Total Station

* Producing accurate survey data and site records

* Working closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered to specification

* Supporting both hard and soft landscaping operations

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor

* Proven experience within groundwork and earthworks projects

* Competent using GPS and 1-Man Robotic equipment

* Good understanding of hard and soft landscaping

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Must supply own laptop and AutoCAD

* Valid CSCS Card essential

* Knowledge of A-Site software advantageous

* Must live within a commutable distance to Camden
