Site Engineer

We are currently seeking two experienced Setting Out Engineers to join a long-term fast-track residential development involving groundworks and RC frame structures across 6 blocks (4–6 storeys).

This is a stable, long-running project offering consistent work with potential weekend overtime.

Project Overview

* RC frame and groundworks package

* 6 residential blocks (4–6 storeys)

* Fast-track construction programme

* 2 engineers required on site

Hours

* 7:30am – 5:30pm (standard working hours)

* Occasional Saturdays (as required by programme)

Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years independent setting out experience

* Experience on large-scale, fast-track developments

* Background in RC frame and groundworks projects

* Proficient in CAD software

* Must have own laptop with relevant software capability

* Able to work independently and take responsibility for setting out duties

* Reliable and able to commit to a long-term project

Duties

* Setting out for RC frames, drainage, and groundworks packages

* Interpreting drawings and coordinating with site teams

* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications

* Supporting site engineers and project management team as required

* Maintaining as-built records and reporting progress
