Remuneration: £35,000 – £38,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing will involve:

* Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects

* Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.

* Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.

* Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.

* Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Flat Roofing will with:

* Must have experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry

* Ideally have experience in flat roofing

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary

* IT literate
