Position: Estimator

* Reporting to: Senior Estimator

* Open to: Estimators working for a residential developer, housing association, main contractor or consultancy

* Region: South West region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset

Estimator – Job purpose:

To lead the production and maintenance of robust cost plans and estimates, supporting the team in securing land opportunities and evaluating controlled land. The Estimator ensures financial accuracy and efficiency, helping to drive commercial success and strategic decision-making.
