Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

A globally recongised, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist mechanical and electrical, cost management team in London.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work alongside three Partners in delivering technically stimulating, large scale M&E projects across several sectors including residential, commercial, sports, infrastructure, and data centres.

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor shall take on management responsibilities, alongside carrying out a traditional cost management role:

Preparing cost plans independently.
Managing the M&E costs
Providing commercial advice to clients
Pre and post contract servicesThe Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

M&E or MEP skillset
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
MRICS or committed to achieving
Completed a RICS accredited degree
Professional and enthusiastic
Pre and post cost management knowledge
