A well-established main contractor specialising in refurbishment, cladding remediation, and FRA works is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major residential remediation project in South London.

The business has a strong reputation within the market, a stable leadership team, and an excellent track record of staff retention and repeat business.

The Project:

* £25m private residential scheme

* Cladding replacement across 3 residential blocks

* Long-term 3-year programme

* Elphant & Castle

Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations

* Overseeing subcontractors and programme delivery

* Driving health & safety and quality standards

* Coordinating façade and remediation works

* Reporting into sitre based senior operational management

Requirements:

* Previous experience delivering cladding remediation or façade projects

* Strong refurbishment background

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
