ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR

MILTON KEYNES – PERM

SALARY 50k – 65k (negotiable upon experience)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background, to join our client’s construction team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Our client is well established in the M&E sector with a proven track record of delivering electrical and mechanical solutions across commercial, educational and industrial.

Key Responsibilities for Electrical Estimator;

* Develop and submit electrical cost estimates and bids with accuracy and efficiency to submit to customers.

* Research and source materials and equipment needed for projects.

* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

* Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

Key Requirements for Electrical Estimator;

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator.

* Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

* Proficiency in cost analysis, budget management, and risk assessment.
