Are you a locally based Site Manager with strong experience delivering multi-occupancy residential projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading construction business on a major Leeds city centre regeneration scheme, delivering a large-scale residential neighbourhood with over 1,000 homes, mixed-use spaces, public realm, and a strong community focus.

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-profile multi-block development. This role is ideal for a Site Manager who understands the pace, coordination, quality standards, and sequencing required on complex residential schemes, particularly apartments, Build to Rent, mixed-tenure, student accommodation, or other multi-occupancy projects.

Responsibilities

As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, drive programme performance, and maintain high standards across health and safety, quality, logistics, and delivery. You will work closely with the wider construction team to ensure works are planned, coordinated, and delivered efficiently.

The successful Site Manager will be confident managing trades on busy live construction sites, solving problems quickly, communicating clearly, and keeping momentum across multiple work fronts. You will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality while working to demanding project deadlines.
