Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to oversee and deliver major construction and infrastructure projects under NEC contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing projects in accordance with NEC contract requirements
* Acting as the NEC Project Manager and administering contractual processes
* Overseeing project delivery from inception through to completion
* Managing programme, cost, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
* Reviewing and managing compensation events and early warning notices
* Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved
* Chairing project meetings and producing progress reports
* Monitoring compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
* Supporting commercial and procurement activities where required
* Ensuring accurate project documentation and contract administration
Requirements
* Previous experience operating as an NEC Project Manager
* Strong working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts
* Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, rail, or civil engineering sectors
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
* Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred
* Membership of a recognised professional body desirable (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE etc.)
* Full UK driving licence preferred
