Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major construction project from pre‑construction through to handover. This role requires a confident leader with a proven track record managing complex programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be the driving force behind operational delivery, client communication, programme control, and site performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle delivery from mobilisation to completion.

Manage programme, sequencing, logistics, and resource planning.

*

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.

*

Ensure compliance with H&S, quality standards, and client specifications.

*

Chair progress meetings and produce accurate weekly/monthly reports.

*

Manage risk, change control, and commercial impacts in collaboration with QS teams.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary point of contact.

*

Drive performance, productivity, and problem‑solving on site.

*

Ensure smooth handover, commissioning, and close‑out documentation.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within construction.

*

Strong background in large scale construction development.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

*

Ability to manage complex programmes and multiple workstreams.

*

Solid understanding of H&S, CDM, quality assurance, and compliance
