First People Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Dumper / Roller Operatives for a substation project based in Portobello. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a busy infrastructure project.

📍 Portobello
⏱ 2-3 Months Work
💷 £20 Hr

The Role:
You will be working as part of a civils team on a substation project, operating dumper and roller machinery to support ongoing groundworks and infrastructure activities. Duties will include transporting materials, compacting surfaces, assisting site teams, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
✔ Valid Dumper Ticket
✔ Valid Roller Ticket
✔ Previous experience on civils or infrastructure projects
✔ Substation experience (preferred but not essential)
✔ Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
✔ Valid CSCS Card
