Contracts Manager (Fire Protection)
Company Overview
A privately owned UK fire safety business specialising in compliant fire doors and passive fire protection systems. Established in the 1990s, they deliver end-to-end services from design through to installation and maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of a major West London PFP project from start to completion
* Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and workmanship standards
* Maintain commercial control, including budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
* Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards
* Act as the main client and stakeholder contact on-site
* Oversee project documentation, reporting, and programme delivery
* Maintain robust QA, traceability, and audit-ready records
* Drive continuous improvement and efficient delivery methods
* Liaise with design and technical teams to resolve site issues
* Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability
About You
* Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager in passive fire protection or social housing
* Experience overseeing fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation packages
* Strong commercial and organisational ability
* Confident communicator and site leader
* Full UK driving licence
